Ashley Massey

Ashley has seven years experience working with the provincial government, in volunteer management, program development, program coordination and delivering training. Ashley assisted with the development of a restorative justice program in the Durham region; recruiting 50+ volunteers, developing policies and procedures, and delivering ongoing ministry and site-specific training to guide the program toward permanency. Ashley obtained her undergraduate degree in criminology, justice and policy studies from the University of Ontario, and masters degree from York University, in public policy, administration and law. Ashley is nearing completion of an accelerated project management program at the University of Western Ontario. Through fieldwork, Ashley has conducted various evaluability assessments, provided recommendations for program evaluations, and composed briefing notes, aided in the development of a culturally appropriate framework for service delivery, and developed company workplace policies and procedures. Most recently Ashley has managed engagement activity via Staketracker software, and conducted an internal audit of an employer’s Health and Safety Management System.
